ABLL2401:  Reading the Research:  An Introduction to Job Crafting

During this offering, participants will read two articles that discuss job crafting, focusing on individual job redesign and in the surrounding environment. Reading these articles together offers a comprehensive view of how employees can engage in proactively shaping their roles in the workplace.
